Apply one pump of cream, twice daily from day 14-28 of your cycle* to the inside of the forearm or upper arm.
Using a circular motion, rub in the cream until it is absorbed.
One 30ml bottle will last you for 3 months.
*Day 1 of your cycle is the first day of your period, this is the first day of full flow (spotting does not count!).
